R-ESET business: The business platform for R-ESET commercial users

R-ESET business is dedicated solely to business account management, content creation and publishing. All your audience engagement, content management and browsing remain within the R-ESET app.

R-ESET business allows you to purchase a monthly subscription and convert your R-ESET account into a business account. This grants you permission to post promotional content, as well as providing access to tools on the R-ESET business platform for creating short video content and more customised posts, which are published directly to your R-ESET profile.

WELCOME TO R-ESET business

  1. To enable R-ESET business account status and functionality, you need to purchase a plan.
  2. There are three types of plans available, and all have the same standard functionality.
  3. Which plan is right for you depends primarily on your current follower count (or projected follower increase in the next 30 days).
  4. It may also depend on the level of professionalism your business needs, for example, the distinction of an Official account.
  5. Once you have selected and successfully purchased a plan, your R-ESET business account status and functionality will be enabled.
  6. Your plan is valid for 30 days.
  7. During this 30-day period, the number of actual followers you have is constantly monitored.
  8. If at any point your actual follower count exceeds your Included Followers count, your account will become Limited.
  9. A Limited account means you retain your R-ESET business account status, but lose the functionality and cannot create any posts in R-ESET business or R-ESET.
  10. Your account will remain Limited until you purchase a new plan with sufficient Included Followers or your current plan expires.
  11. If you purchase a new plan, any current valid plans (either Limited or not) will end immediately with no refunds or proration.
  12. Your new plan is valid for 30 days.
  13. After 30 days, your plan will expire, and your R-ESET business account status and functionality will be disabled.
  14. To ensure uninterrupted coverage, it is recommended to purchase a new plan 1-2 days prior to the expiry of your current plan.
  15. If you purchase a new plan, any current valid plans (either Limited or not) will end immediately with no refunds or proration.

  3. Your profile will now publicly display your follower and following counts (only you can see who you are following or who is following you).
  4. You can now create promotional posts (only via R-ESET business).
  5. These posts can be accurately flagged as promotions via the corresponding checkbox.
  6. These posts are now permitted to contain contact details.
  7. You can add your own URL to these posts.
  8. You can also update your profile to include your own URL.
  9. You are now permitted to add contact details to your profile.
  1. You can use both R-ESET and R-ESET business to create posts, and both will display the corresponding account type icon on all screens.
  2. You are permitted to create posts containing contact details on both R-ESET and R-ESET business.
  3. However, you can only create promotional posts via R-ESET business, as the promotional checkbox is not available in R-ESET.
  4. You can only add your own URL to posts created via R-ESET business.
  5. You can create both image and text-only posts on R-ESET business.
  6. Images can be in either JPEG or PNG format, up to a maximum of 10MB.
  7. We automatically crop, compress, and reformat all images to fit our standard 700 x 700 JPEG configuration.
  8. For best results, we recommend using images cropped to a square in JPEG format.
  1. You can use both R-ESET and R-ESET business to update your bio.
  2. You are permitted to add contact and promotional details to your bio in both R-ESET and R-ESET business.
  3. You can only add your own URL to your profile via R-ESET business.
  1. You can delete your R-ESET business account at any time.
  2. Any active plans are non-refundable and will continue until expiry.
  3. Deleting your account on R-ESET business will not delete any posts created on R-ESET business or R-ESET.
  4. Deleting your account on R-ESET business will not delete your R-ESET account.
